Minnesotans know more about keeping warm than just about anybody in the world. Our secret? It in the beer. This Winter Warmer starts big and malty with a full body and spicy English hop profile. The flavor is complex malt with fruit, burnt caramel, and subtle chocolate, finishing sweet with a warming alcohol note. Similar to our Wee Heavy and Barley Wine kits, the Winter Warmer increases in complexity with age. A bottle makes a great stocking stuffer! Recommended: 2-stage fermentation and yeast starter.
