Bittering, clean, neutral, slight fruit and spice, good bittering for hoppy, fruit styles. Southern Dawn is a clean, crisp bittering hop with slight notes of spice and fruit. A great bittering addition for hoppy styles like IPAs or Pale Ales. Typical Alpha Acids 11-12.5%. Neutral bittering hop. Can be used in many styles from IPAs to European Lagers. Slightly spicy and fruity.
