Imperial Yeast B64 Napoleon

Napoleon produces very dry, crisp beers with nice citrus, estery aromatics.
This yeast is an insane wort attenuator. Napoleon will annihilate the sugars in your saison and farmhouse beers even where other brewer strains have no interest. Yeast settling times can be longer than most and may require filtration to brighten beers.
